Digitalis purpurea/Foxglove 'Pam's Split'Pantaloons

Digitalis purpurea/Foxglove 'Pam's Split'Pantaloons
Perennial
Height:3-4'
Light:Sun-Light Shade
Flowering Time: Early Summer
Zone:4

A completely new flower shape, Pantaloons is the first 'split-flower' foxglove in the world! The large, white blooms split up the sides to create 4 even curtains. As these petals flutter gracefully in the breeze, deep maroon interior spotting is revealed. Flowering begins in late spring or early summer and continues for many weeks. Blooms the first year when started early. The base-branching, 3-4 foot tall plants are compact and well-branched, producing many more flowering stems than the typical foxglove.
