Light:full sun-part shade
Flowering Time: Summer-Fall

Large purple-red miniature hollyhocks with white throats, in dense spikes produced over a long period from July to September. Hardy perennial to 3 - 4 feet, with attractive divided foliage. The soft, delicate, summer blooms are captivating on erect, 3’ stalks. Sidalcea are related to hollyhocks, hence the common name Miniature Hollyhocks. Although they are smaller than hollyhocks they aren’t troubled by rust and if you cut them back after they have bloomed, they will rebloom later. Trouble free, a nice addition to any garden.
